Dear Biokineticists
With the upcoming "Life Through Movement" Conference to held in Potchefstrom from 27 to 29 September 2012 (http://www.ltmic.co.za/), GBA has decided to assist national delegates with transport and accommodation.
The reason for this was to reduce costs for delegates through a local (Gauteng based) group booking contact.
The plan would be for delegates for the conference to be accommodated in Johannesburg (within close proximity to the airport / Gautrain) and then for group transport to and from Potchefstroom each day (2 hour drive one way).
We would also like to take advantage of the networking opportunity and organize some evening entertainment for us to get to know each other a little better.
Obviously for this to be viable, we would need a critical number of people.
The plan would be for GBA to organize the following:
Once we have an idea of numbers, we will put together the plan and cost.

- Group accommodation in Johannesburg
- Transport from Johannesburg to Potch and back on the 27th, 28th and 29th
- Transfers / information on the Gautrain
- Evening entertainment / dinner on the evening of the 28th
Once we have an idea of numbers, we will put together the plan and cost.
